Richmond Historic Restoration

Troy supervised the complete renovation of our 5,000 sq ft home in Richmond’s Monument Avenue historic district.  This project involved providing state of the art amenities, while strictly preserving the original historic home. Troy and his team refurbished the kitchen and three bathrooms and added a fourth bathroom, all while complying with guidelines for us to obtain historic tax credits and with 13 pages of historic easements that conveyed with the deed to the house.

He also completely renovated our vacation home in Lexington, and one other property in Richmond.  His work has involved installing a pool and exterior landscaping, as well as interior work.

We like using Troy because he treats our projects as his own, looking out for our interests and performing the finest of workmanship.  We recommend him highly – don’t use anyone else.
